Barbers 4 Charity is born out of a great passion for the Barber profession and a soft spot for the less fortunate in the world!
We are Leah & Thierry and will soon graduate as Barbers at Verbist Academy in Antwerp, Belgium. After our training, we'll travel to the Philippines to make children in schools, patients in hospitals, disabled persons, homeless and poor people in the slums, happy, proud and confident again with a free haircut.
The Philippines is one of the most vulnerable countries in the world to extreme weather, each year, the islands are hit by multiple typhoons, leaving thousands of families and children homeless, losing everything they have.
Our goal is to make 10000 people happy with a new look. To achieve that, we need to cut at least 40 people daily and this 5 days a week for 1 year. We are very dedicated and look forward to start our adventure however, we cannot do this alone, therefore we need your help, we are very happy with all support, big and small! As long as you donate... we'll keep on cutting!!!

Many poor people around the world hardly ever experienced that wonderful and crazy good feeling, that confidence and happiness after a professional haircut, simply because..... they cannot afford it.
The price of a local haircut is equal to the price of 3 kg rice so, the choice not to get an expensive professional haircut is easily made.

Donating school supplies
Many schools in the Philippines are in need of school supplies such as: Paper, pens, books, color pencils, cooling fans, school uniforms,...
We would like to use part of the received donations to provide schools with these much needed supplies.
Inspire people
Hopefully we'll inspire others to start up a charity project, help and be good for each other and make the world a better place, just like we did, or we might inspire people to become a Barber or Hairdresser and start their own business to support the family and change their life.
